Legal basis in the EU and UK
Most of our readers are in Slovakia and the EU, so we apply the GDPR: legitimate interests for security and replies, consent for optional cookies. You can complain to the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR) or your local authority.
Transfers to the US
We are based in the United States. Transfers from the EU rely on standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where a provider is certified.

Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent at any time. Residents of Illinois, California and other US states with privacy laws can also opt out of targeted advertising.
